Before: End-of-Lease Condition

The unit showed typical dilapidations issues:

Mechanical & Electrical: Full testing, inspection, and servicing of all systems to ensure compliance with current regulations and safe, immediate use.

Decorations: Complete internal redecoration using neutral finishes to create a clean, modern environment suitable for incoming occupiers.

Flooring: Installation of new carpets to office areas, application of safety flooring where required, and cleaning and restoration of the warehouse floor to improve durability and presentation.

Ceilings: Repairs and replacement of damaged tiles to achieve a consistent and well-maintained finish.

Shutters: Repairs carried out to restore full operation, ensuring secure and reliable access.

External Works: Cladding cleaned and yard areas cleared and pressure washed, improving both appearance and usability.

Joinery: Targeted repairs to doors and fixtures to ensure all elements are functional and presentable.

The result is a fully compliant, clean, and operational unit, ready for immediate occupation by the incoming tenant.
